Job ProsperityThese Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Job Prosperity. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Job Prosperity helps users discover, evaluate, organize, and manage job opportunities and career activity. Features may include AI-assisted matching, email classification, information extraction, reminders, drafts, and suggested next steps.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for your account, your Google account’s security, and activity performed through your session. Information you provide must be accurate and lawful.
3. Your control and responsibility
Job Prosperity is an assistant, not an employer, recruiter, law firm, financial adviser, or guaranteed placement service. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions, verifying opportunity details, deciding whether to apply, and approving communications or other actions.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a career, employment, legal, immigration, or financial decision. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or any particular outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use it for deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information you submit or connect. You grant Job Prosperity a limited right to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide it.
6. Third-party services
The service may connect to Google or link to job boards, employer sites, and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Job Prosperity does not control their content, availability, or decisions.
7. Intellectual property
Job Prosperity and its software, branding, design, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by these terms, we retain all rights in the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and impose reasonable usage limits. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Beta or experimental features may change without notice.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or results. Nothing here excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Prosperity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, income, data, goodwill, or profits. Liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the greater of amounts paid for the service during the preceding 12 months or US $100.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address unlawful activity, or enforce these terms. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
